USE OUR SPACE: Host Your Own Creative Session!

Our studio space is available for rental! Ideal for artists who wish to host a workshop, teach a series of classes, or run a summer camp. Groups who need a workspace to spread out, get messy, and create also enjoy our space. Past artist-led classes and workshops have included painting, printing, sewing, felting, stained glass, paper-marbling, quilling, and more.

Our 640 sq ft studio space features:

• 1 large, wide table – 96 x 48" (can seat approx. 6 adults, or 8 children each)

• 3 medium tables - 72 x 36" (can seat 4 adults or 6 children)

• 20 stools + 4 chairs with backs

• Additional folding tables, assorted sizes, are available at no charge

• Wi-Fi connection

• Large white wall for image projection

• Concrete floor - lets you get messy

• Recycling bins

Our cafe room can be used for food + also features:

• Washroom with large utility sink for easy clean-up

• Bathroom with baby changing table

• Art book cart

Space is rented in 4-hour blocks as follows:

• Morning Session: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

• Afternoon Session: 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

• Evening Session: 6:00 pm - 10 pm

Private Event Rental $160/4 hours

Looking to host an artful birthday party, wedding or baby shower, or work event?  Radiate Art Space is available for private event rentals! Private event rental gives the host access to the space for four hours.  Included in the private event rental is use of the art studio for creating, the café for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area.  Art supplies and activities are not included in the rental fee, but Radiate would be happy to provide hosts with a directory of local artist that can be contracted to teach at your private event.

If you are interested in a Toddler Time party at Radiate, with access to our sensory tables, painting, play dough, and other child-friendly art activities, the rental fee increases to $180 and the event host must hire a Radiate-provided Toddler Time teacher.  The Toddler Time teacher is contracted separately, at a rate of $200 + $5 per child over 8 guests, with a maximum of 12 child guests.   

Teaching Artist Rental $100/4 hours

Are you a teaching artist looking for an art studio where you can host a class of your own?  Radiate Art Space is the perfect venue to teach a class of your own design! Renting Radiate to teach an art class gives the host teacher access to the space for four hours. Included in the rental is use of the art studio for creating, the café for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area.  If the teaching artist wishes, Radiate will advertise the class on our social media and/or in our monthly newsletter, with images and class description provided by the teaching artist.

 Non-Profit Fundraiser $60/4 hours

Are you a non-profit group looking for a venue to host a fundraising event? Radiate Art Space has you covered! Renting Radiate Art Space for your next fundraising event gives your group access to the space for four hours.  Included in the rental is use of the art studio for creating, the café for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area.

 Radiate-sponsored Free Community event $0/4 hours

Are you a group or individual looking for a venue to host a free class or event that benefits the community? Radiate would love to sponsor your event! Allowing Radiate to sponsor your event gives your group access to the space for four hours, and use of the art studio space for creating, the café space for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area. Radiate can advertise the event in our newsletter and on our social media, as well as run registration for free classes.
