Birthday Party Rental FAQ
1. What is the maximum number of children that can attend a birthday party?
If you are unsure how many guests to invite to a toddler party, we suggest the rule of thumb recommended by many parenting experts: your child’s age plus one. However, we know that it is also nice to include everyone if they are already a part of a group or class. Our toddler party is structured for 12, and anything beyond 15 toddlers becomes a bit crowded in our space! Maximum room capacity is limited to 45 people.
2. Do you supply party decorations?
Radiate is a colorful place where the art on the walls is always changing, so no decorations are needed, but you are welcome to bring “extra” decorations if you choose. We will supply a colorful tablecloth in the Gallery room and write your child’s name in a chalkboard easel at the party entrance.
3. How many staff members are at birthday party?
A Radiate volunteer will be there to greet you when you arrive, explain the safety information, orient you the activities that are set out, do any last minute rearrangement, and show you clean up procedures. However, the party itself will not be facilitated by any Radiate volunteers or staff. Unfortunately, that’s not a service we have at this time. You are expected to “run” your own party.
4. Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of on site parking spaces for you and your guests at the Town Center parking lot.
5. Is drop off allowed?
Children 5 and under require an adult to be present for the duration of the party. For ages 6 up, it is up to the party host to decide what amount of adult supervision they require and to let their party guests know in advance if parental supervision is required.
6. How do I inquire about choosing a party date?
